Alisha Luga is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Alisha has experience representing private investment fund sponsors in all aspects of their business and operations, with a particular emphasis on the formation, structuring and management of private investment funds. Her practice focuses on capital raising, general partner and management company structuring and private investment fund operational, regulatory and compliance matters. In addition, Alisha’s experience also includes advising sponsors on matters such as alternative investment vehicles, co-investment funds and limited partner transfers.
