Overview

Pierce MacConaghy is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Pierce has served an integral role on cases in federal and state court, including drafting dispositive and discovery motions, coordinating discovery, working with experts and taking and preparing for depositions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Pierce was a naval intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy, where she regularly briefed the Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations and other admirals at the Pentagon, and served as a mission planning officer during a combat deployment to the Middle East.
