Christina MacKinnon is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland and Ellis LLP. Christina advises both asset managers and institutional investors, such as sovereign investors, pension funds and secondary buyers, on a broad range of matters, including, private investment fund formation and fundraising, direct, secondary and co-investment programs, as well as ongoing governance, compliance and operational issues.
