Overview

Alex Magnusdottir is an associate in Kirkland’s Intellectual Property Litigation Team in London. Alex has worked on the litigation of a broad spectrum of technical subject matters, including those relating to biologics, supplementary protection certificates (SPC) for prodrugs, medical devices and mobile telecommunications. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Alex is well placed to advise life sciences clients on their most technical subject matters.

Alex also has experience in large-scale commercial disputes and cross-border coordination of patent litigation.
