• Eastdil Secured LLC, a global real estate investment bank, in its sale to Savills, one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms.
• Sixth Street Partners in its acquisition of a stake in L+M Companies, one of the country’s leading affordable and mixed-income housing developers.
• GTCR in its investment in Ultimus Fund Solutions, a fund administration services solutions provider.
• Ares Management Corporation in a $3.7 billion carveout transaction involving the acquisition of GCP International, a global real estate and digital infrastructure asset management platform.
• Mubadala Capital in its take-private acquisition of CI Financial, a Canada-based asset manager.
• Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. in its joint venture acquisition of a majority stake in Sydell Group.
