Member of team that represented Tysheem McGregor in three-week re-trial on six felony counts, including attempted murder in the second degree. The jury acquitted Mr. McGregor of all but the least serious charge: conspiracy in the fourth degree. Because Mr. McGregor had already served years in New York State prison and at Rikers Island when the jury returned its verdict, he was released the same day.*
