Sumer Marquette is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, equity offerings, joint ventures, carve-outs, reorganizations and acquisition financings. She also counsels clients with respect to general corporate, corporate governance and securities law matters.
