• Represented Dunes Point Capital, L.P. in connection with $240 million acquisition financing transaction.
• Represented Vector Capital Management, L.P. and assisted with the execution of Vector VI's $120 million credit facility with SVB.
• Advised Equinox Group in securing a landmark $1.8 billion financing deal, led by Sixth Street and Silver Lake, to refinance existing loans and fuel expansion.
• Represented Thoma Bravo, LLC in connection with a $216 million acquisition financing transaction.
• Represented Radiology Partners and assisted in a liability management uptier exchange transaction where the deal combined term loans and subordinated notes to enhance the company's financial structure. The existing term loans were restructured under a new credit agreement and subordinated notes were introduced as lower-priority debt.
• Represented Catterton Management Company, LLC in connection with a $25 million revolving credit facility.
• Represented GT Investment Partners LP by facilitating a $35 million credit facility for its existing private credit fund.
• Represented Altaris Capital Partners, LLC in connection with a $315 million acquisition financing transaction.
• Represented Navy Pier and assisted in reviewing existing credit facilities to identify sources of liquidity for liability management transaction.
  

Project Finance

• Represents Blackstone Infrastructure Partners on entry into consortium and in consortium’s acquisition of renewables portfolio for $1.5 billion and first-of-its-kind PTC tax credit transfer.
• Represented ArcLight Capital Partners in connection with a $100 million acquisition financing of a fuel cell portfolio and a $75 million acquisition financing of a solar portfolio.
• Advised Compañia Minera del Pacífico S.A. (CMP) in connection with an export prepayment facility to support CMP’s export operations.

• Represented Coller Capital, Inc. in connection with a GP stakes transaction.
