Eric Mayhew is an associate in the Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses primarily on the intellectual property and technology aspects of complex business transactions.
Eric has experience advising public and private companies as well as private equity funds on deals across a range of intellectual property and technology-focused industries, including consumer goods, life sciences, aerospace, software and manufacturing. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, complex licensing and commercial arrangements, financings and other corporate and securities matters.
