Kilian McConnell is a regulatory lawyer in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. His practice incorporates fundraising, transactional and advisory work for a range of financial and non-financial institutions with operations in the UK, Europe and United States. Kilian has advised on a wide spectrum of financial services matters including:
