  • acquisition of Zipline Logistics, a tech-enabled, asset-light third-party logistics provider specializing in the food and beverage, consumer packaged goods and healthcare end markets.
  • acquisition of CCI Prime, a branded manufacturer and importer of Asian-style food products.
• Kainos Capital in its:
  • $575 million acquisition of Nutrisystem, a direct-to-consumer nutrition and weight management brand, through a carveout from Tivity Health.
  • acquisition of Muenster Milling, a family-owned pet food and ingredient manufacturer.
  • sale to Kelso & Company of Ferraro Foods, a specialty foodservice distributor.
• Nutrisystem in its strategic combination with Adaptive Health, to form a direct-to-consumer and omnichannel health and wellness company.
• RTIC, a direct-to-consumer eCommerce provider, in connection with its sale to Wind Point Partners.
• American Dehydrated Foods / International Dehydrated Foods (ADF/IDF), poultry ingredients providers for pet and human food manufacturers, in the $900 million sale to Symrise AG.
• NextGen Growth Partners in its:
  • sale of Door and Window Guard Systems, Inc. to The Riverside Company.
  • acquisition of Sunrise Landscape.
  • acquisition of Quality Network Solutions.
• PEAG, LLC in connection with the sale of JLab Audio to Noritsu Koki Co. Ltd. for $370 million.
• FABco, a leading provider of concrete construction materials and supplies including engineered steel rebar and associated construction products, in connection with its sale to Argonaut Private Equity.
