• Represented government entity against $300 million claim brought by general contractor in a construction dispute over delay costs.
• Represented retail company in construction dispute with general contractor related to defective improvements of client's retail store and secured settlement favorable to client.
• Represented retail company against a vendor's claims for breach of contract resulting from COVID-19 and secured settlement favorable to client.
• Represented multiple tech companies responding to third-party subpoenas received nationwide.
• Frequently defended Medicaid managed care organization in administrative appeals of medical coverage denials.
