James McGivern is a debt finance partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He has extensive experience in core and regulated infrastructure financing across loans, public bonds, private placements and derivatives, regularly advising borrowers on all aspects of their complex whole business securitisations and multi-source financing platforms.
