The settlement resolved claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and civil RICO against a third-party property management firm, and its chairman and CEO, and is the largest settlement or verdict of a RICO claim in Georgia.

Ill.): Successful trial against Caterpillar Inc. in connection with Caterpillar’s breach of contract and theft of trade secrets, culminating in a $73.6 million verdict for Miller UK Ltd. The award in the five-year battle is believed to be the largest trade secret misappropriation verdict in Illinois history.
