Overview

Leah Ehler McIntire is an intellectual property associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on patent litigation in federal district courts and before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC).

Leah maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing veterans seeking benefits before the Board of Veterans Appeals and survivors of domestic abuse seeking to obtain legal status in the United Status under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
