Janette A. McMahan
Overview
Janette McMahan is a partner in the Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit Practice Group in Kirkland’s New York office. She advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public companies, asset managers, specialty finance companies and investors in a broad range of complex finance transactions. Janette has significant experience in operating asset securitizations, fund finance, restructurings, trade receivables transactions, auto loan, auto lease and marketplace loan deals. Additionally, she has represented clients in single-family rental transactions, equipment financings, health care receivables deals, investments, divestitures and acquisitions. Janette has counseled ABS sponsors in interpreting and commenting on regulatory reform, including on Regulation AB II, risk retention, shelf eligibility and loan level disclosures.
