Overview

Makala McNeil is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Makala advises clients on all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including merger clearance, antitrust litigation, government investigations and day-to-day antitrust compliance. She works closely with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and Attorneys General in antitrust merger reviews. She has been involved in matters across a wide range of industries including healthcare, consumer goods and software technology.

She received her J.D., from Howard University Law School where she graduated cum laude.
