Overview

Makala McNeil is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters, government and congressional investigations, and complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, government contracts, technology and consumer goods. She has experience managing all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through discovery, motion practice and arbitration. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
