Kristina Meccia is an intellectual property litigation associate in Kirkland’s New York office. Her practice focuses on copyright, trademark, right of publicity and internet matters. She has handled matters in federal and state courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
During law school, Kristina worked as a student clinician in the Name, Image and Likeness Clinic, advising UCLA student-athletes on their brand partnership deals. She also received several awards for academic excellence in intellectual property law.
Her pro bono practice includes trademark prosecution, asylum and public interest matters.
