Alex Miles is a debt finance associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Alex advises sponsors and other asset managers, corporate borrowers and creditors in complex financing and liability management transactions. His experience spans leveraged finance, including liability management and special situations, leveraged M&A and LBOs, hybrid capital, debt capital markets offerings and exchanges, syndicated and private credit, fund and management company financings, and in-court and out-of-court workouts.
