Marcus Millen is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Marcus advises sponsors on all aspects of the structuring, establishment, fundraising and operation of private investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes, including related carried interest and co-investment plans. He also has experience advising sponsors on co-investment structures, separately managed accounts, secondary transactions and other strategic transactions.
