Brandi Miller is an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She focuses her practice on complex business transactions for both public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and related general corporate counseling. Brandi has worked on transactions in a variety of industries, including ag-tech, pharmaceutical, retail, technology, and manufacturing.
Prior to attending law school, Brandi served in the United States Army Chemical Corps where she trained soldiers in Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear defense and Hazmat operations.
