Overview

Dana Miller is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dana's practice focuses on the creation and implementation of defensible discovery plans. She counsels clients on navigating discovery in government investigations, multidistrict litigations and complex commercial litigations. Her focus is on crafting efficient discovery processes and the usage of advanced analytics and machine learning. She works with clients to develop and implement strategies addressing discovery needs through data assessment, discovery protocol negotiations and structuring workflows from preservation through production.
