David E. Miller

David Miller is a partner in Kirkland’s Boston office and a member of the Structured Capital & Insurance Solutions team, focusing on private fund formation and structured capital solutions for insurance investing. David frequently advises on rated note funds and other insurance capital-efficient structures. He also leads investment advisers, funds-of-funds, private credit, private equity and CLO equity funds through a wide range of structuring, formation, operational, transactional and regulatory matters.
