David Miller is an investment funds partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he leads investment advisers, funds-of-funds, credit, private equity and CLO equity funds through a wide range of structuring, formation, operation, transactional and regulatory matters. David frequently advises on rated note funds and other insurance capital-efficient structures.
