Overview

Caroline Milner is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts, including matters involving contract disputes, products liability and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Caroline previously served as a law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court of the United States, Judge Neomi Rao on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge William H. Pryor Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
