Argie Mina is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis. His practice focuses on patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property litigation. Argie has worked on a variety of complex matters involving diverse technologies, including computer software, mobile communication systems, medical devices, and networking systems.

Argie has worked on pro bono immigration matters before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, Central District of California, and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Argie is a member of Kirkland & Ellis’ Asian Affinity Group, PRIDE (LGBTQ+) Affinity Group, and the Firm’s Los Angeles Associates Committee. Before attending law school, Argie worked as a radiochemist and peptide synthesis chemist.
