Overview

Craig Minerva is an antitrust and competition partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Craig advises clients across all aspects of civil antitrust matters with a focus on leading clients through high-stakes, multinational transaction reviews. He previously led merger reviews at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where he was in charge of several high-profile merger challenges. For his achievements at DOJ, he was awarded both the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award and the Assistant Attorney General Award. He is recognized in The Legal 500 United States, the Lawdragon “500 Leading Global Antitrust & Competition Lawyers” and Lawdragon “500 Leading Dealmakers in America.”
