Overview

Josh Morgan is a corporate associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and forming real estate and other private equity funds and their management companies. Josh has represented numerous real estate and other private equity fund sponsors in establishing open-end and closed-end investment funds, vehicles and other accounts, including programmatic joint ventures, co-investment programs and club deals, with a broad range of investment strategies.
