Nicole Mouzakiotis is a corporate associate in the Insurance Transactions & Regulatory and Financial Institutions practice groups in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Nicole’s practice focuses on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters involving the insurance, reinsurance and financial services industries. She regularly represents insurance companies, private equity firms, asset managers and other industry participants in connection with mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance transactions, the formation and capitalization of insurance and reinsurance companies and other strategic investment transactions.
