Srishti Mukherjee is a foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures and divestitures.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Srishti was a principal associate in the corporate/M&A team at Khaitan & Co (India), where she advised and represented domestic and foreign companies as well as private equity sponsors on their financial investments and strategic M&A. She also extensively advises insurers in underwriting transactional risk and liability (RWI) insurance.
