Varun Natteri Mangadu is a restructuring and special situations partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. His legal focus also extends to high-yield, leveraged finance and private credit transactions.
In 2023, Varun spent seven months on secondment to Värde Partners’ Office of the Chief Investment Officer (Structuring), working with the European and Asian investment teams on structuring and execution of transactions.
