Overview

Lindsey Nelson is a litigation associate in the Nashville office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on protecting clients’ interests in high-stakes cases involving multidistrict litigation, regulatory challenges and scientific evidence. With a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and evolving regulatory landscape, she supports clients through every phase of litigation and delivers proactive, results-driven counsel. Lindsey obtained her J.D., summa cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Southern California, where she played four years of Division I Tennis. While at USC, she was a two-time NCAA finalist, PAC-10 Champion and three-time ITA All-American Athlete.
