Overview

Kevin Neylan is a litigation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.  His practice focuses on appellate litigation, commercial litigation, and strategic counseling.

Before joining the Firm he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Samuel A. Alito, Jr., of the Supreme Court of the United States, and to the Hon. Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He was previously an associate at Bancroft PLLC.
