Overview

Nate Ngerebara is an intellectual property litigation partner in Kirkland’s Bay Area office. His practice focuses on high stakes patent infringement and trade secret litigation. Nate has worked on cases in state courts, U.S. Federal courts (including the Federal Circuit), the PTAB and before arbitration panels. Nate has played an integral role in cases, including by drafting and arguing substantive motions are various stages of litigation, taking or assisting in the taking and defending of expert trial testimony; and taking and defended fact and expert depositions. He has also worked with technical experts to develop an understanding of complex technologies, including DNA sequencing, adaptive cruise control in automotives, organ transplant diagnostics.

Nate further enhances his trial and advocacy skills through his involvement in various pro bono matters.
