Nelson is a partner in our Shanghai office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other corporate transactions, including pre-IPO financing, acquisitions and divestitures, take-privates, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures. Nelson also has experience in capital markets and general corporate compliance. Prior to relocating to our Shanghai office, Nelson practiced in our Hong Kong office.
