Michael Novak is a debt finance partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure transactions. Michael represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, infrastructure funds and strategic investors in structuring and financing global investments in energy and infrastructure assets, including project financings, acquisition financings and structured financings, including tax structured financings. He works across power and renewables industries, including battery storage, transmission and digital infrastructure.
