Matt Oakley is a corporate associate in the Philadelphia office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matt advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and strategic buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border transactions. Matt also advises growth-stage and strategic companies and venture capital, corporate venture capital and other strategic investors on matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, investments, recapitalizations and other complex transactions. He has represented clients in transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, biotech and professional services.
