Chibie Odimegwu is a foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Chibie is experienced in fund formation and co-investment arrangements within emerging markets and regularly advises institutional investors on their strategic investments into various African and international private equity funds. Chibie also advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a variety of corporate transactions including cross border mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and group reorganizations to name a few.
