- Brookfield Infrastructure Partners in its $9 billion acquisition of Colonial Enterprises, a world-class midstream asset portfolio comprised of the largest refined products system in the U.S., including the Colonial Pipeline
- Diversified Energy (LSE: DEC, NYSE: DEC) in its pending $550 million acquisition of Canvas Energy, an oil and natural gas exploration and production company
