Forrest Osgood is a partner in the Investment Funds Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises private investment fund sponsors on a broad range of transactional and securities law matters.
Forrest primarily represents sponsors across buyout, growth equity, venture capital and other strategies in connection with fund formation, regulatory compliance, investment activities, co-investment programs, and the ongoing governance, maintenance and operation of their funds.
His experience includes advising on the formation of private investment funds ranging in size from several hundred million dollars to multiple billions of dollars.
