• KKR on the investment in Enilive.
• Global Technical Realty on the acquisition financing of a London data center at more than £1 billion.
• KKR on the financing for its voluntary public takeover offer for Encavis.
• Sienna Bidco Limited on the financing for the acquisition of Smart Metering Systems.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Sinead worked on the following matters, advising:

• KKR Infrastructure in connection with the financing for:
  
  • its announced acquisition of the network business of Telecom Italia;
  • its takeover of ContourGlobal plc;
  • its takeover of Albioma SA;
  • its capex facilities for Open Dutch Fiber;
  • its acquisition of Viridor Limited from Pennon plc;
  • its acquisition of and capex facilities for Hyperoptic Limited;
  • its JV investment in Telxius alongside Telefonica;
  • its investment in the fibre businesses of Altice France, Reintel and Telenor;

• BlackRock in connection with the financing for an equity investor consortium acquisition of a 49% stake in Aramco Gas Pipelines Company.

  • financing the voluntary tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding ordinary shares of Atlantia S.p.A.;
  • the financing for its acquisition of Desotec and its add-on acquisition of Evoqua’s carbon reactivation services business.
• GTR in connection with capex facilities for the development of its UK data centre platform.
• Equitix in connection with the refinancing of acquisition facilities related to the takeover of John Laing plc.
• Viridor in connection with term and revolving facilities and a US private placement to refinance indebtedness related to its Energy from Waste business.
• Silver Lake Partners in connection with:
  
  • the financing for its takeover of Software AG;
  • the financing for its takeover of Zoopla plc.
• KKR Infrastructure and Equitix in connection with the financing for the acquisition of the John Laing group (and subsequent refinancings of those acquisition facilities).
