Josh Owings is a labor and employment partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Josh advises clients on the full scope of labor and employment matters affecting the workforce. His practice includes assisting clients with domestic and cross-border transactions; advising employers on personnel matters; preparing employment-related agreements, policies and procedures; counseling entities on restrictive covenant enforceability; and providing guidance to businesses undergoing reductions in force or restructurings. Josh has also represented employers in disputes and investigations involving allegations of wage and hour violations; discrimination, harassment and retaliation; and breach of other employment-related statutory and common law obligations.
