Overview

Emile G. Pacheco is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in intellectual property and commercial disputes across a range of industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, artificial intelligence, healthcare, medical devices, energy, e-commerce and retail. His experience spans pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery, trial and deposition preparation, and strategic litigation counseling in matters involving patent infringement, business torts and other high-stakes disputes. In addition, Emile served as lead counsel in multiple trials and hearings as part of his law school’s civil litigation clinic.
