Overview

Chris Pagliarella is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Washington, D.C., office with a focus on complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Chris’ litigation experience spans constitutional, contract, employment, civil-rights and administrative law. Before joining Kirkland, Chris worked on multiple successful U.S. Supreme Court matters in private practice and served as the inaugural Visiting Clinical Lecturer for Yale Law School’s Free Exercise Clinic. Chris served as a law clerk to Justice Samuel A. Alito of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Thomas M. Hardiman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
