Agustin Paniagua is a debt finance associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Complex Securitizations Practice Group. He advises sponsors, borrowers and institutional investors on a range of structured finance transactions, including structured private credit facilities, asset-backed warehouse financings and securitizations backed by digital infrastructure assets and other esoteric and non-traditional asset classes.
Before joining Kirkland, Agustin worked in investment banking at JPMorgan and Barclays in New York, where he executed corporate finance, M&A and structured finance transactions across a range of industries.
