Benjamin Pape is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Ben primarily advises fund managers on the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds and has worked on a number of fundraisings across private credit, private equity, infrastructure and real estate. In addition, Ben advises clients on co-investment, carried interest and other incentive arrangements.
Ben has also assisted institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating fund investments, including primary, secondary and co-investment transactions.
