GoHealth is a leading health insurance marketplace and Medicare-focused digital health company that leverages its proprietary technology to assist consumers searching for a Medicare health plan, and certain other insurance products, that meet their individual needs. GoHealth commenced its Chapter 11 cases, with the support of 100% of its prepetition lenders and over 75% of its equityholders in the aggregate, to implement a comprehensive restructuring transaction designed to address over $1 billion in debt obligations. The prepackaged plan will transition ownership to GoHealth's lenders, leave all general unsecured claims unimpaired, reinstate all preferred equity interests and provide a $10 million cash recovery to be distributed pro rata to common stockholders.
