Marelli Holdings Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, one of the largest “Tier 1” automotive components suppliers in the world, in negotiating their prepackaged Chapter 11 cases that equitize nearly $5 billion of funded indebtedness and in securing over $1.1 billion aggregate new first-out and junior financing commitments and providing for a rollup of certain prepetition secured loans of participating lenders in a multi-currency debtor-in-possession financing package.
