• Accel-KKR and Kimble Applications in connection with Kimble’s merger with Mavenlink, Inc. and the related financing.
• Apax Partners and Healthium, an Apax portfolio company, on the sale of Clinisupplies, a market leader in continence care products in the UK, to KKR.
• Apax Partners on its recommended cash offer for EcoOnline Holding AS, a EHS SaaS company.
• Brookfield Asset Management on the voluntary public takeover offer for alstria office REIT-AG.
• Brookfield on its €1.089 billion recommended cash offer for Hibernia REIT PLC.
• Brookfield on the sale of Student Roost, the U.K.’s third largest purpose-built student accommodation provider, to a joint venture between GIC and Greystar.
• Cobham on the c. £2.57 billion recommended all cash acquisition of Ultra Electronics Holdings plc.
• Flexpoint Ford LLC on its recommended cash acquisition of AFH Financial Group Plc, a financial planning-led wealth management firm.
• G.S. Precision, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, on the acquisition of F.T. Gearing Systems.
• HGGC on its agreement to acquire Specialist Risk Group, a specialist insurance broker.
• IK Investment Partners on the closing of its €1.2 billion IK Small Cap III Fund, its third small-cap fund.
• Kofax on its recommended cash acquisition of Tungsten Corporation plc.
• Patient Square Capital on its investment in Apollo Therapeutics, a portfolio-based biopharmaceutical company.
• Polestar Performance AB on its pending $20 billion combination with Gores Guggenheim Inc.
• Sani/Ikos Group, the luxury beach resort group in the Mediterranean, on its strategic partnership agreement with GIC valuing the business at €2.3 billion.
• Strategic Value Partners on the carve-out sale of the Polish business of their portfolio company Pfleiderer, its salan industrial wood panelling provider, to Kronospan.
• Turn/River Capital on its acquisition of Tufin, a company pioneering a policy-centric approach to security and IT operations, for approximately $570 million.
• 17Capital on its strategic partnership with Oaktree, under which it will sell a majority stake to Oaktree.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Krishan worked on the following matters:

• Advised on the £61m acquisition of part of a care home business and the £90m acquisition of part of a student accommodation business;
• Advised a listed blue chip company on stamp duty land tax issues relating to its commercial premises at various sites in the UK; and
• Advised a UK property developer on the tax structuring and financing for the development of a high end residential apartment building.
