Overview

Shannon Pazur is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group on the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Shannon’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, and she has represented clients in multidistrict litigation, mass tort proceedings and individual actions in state and federal courts throughout the country. She also has extensive appellate experience in both state and federal courts and has authored briefs in U.S. Supreme Court cases on a wide variety of constitutional and statutory questions.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Shannon was a senior counsel in the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice, where she led department policy initiative on a broad array of issues.
