Overview

Patrick Perrier is a debt finance associate in the Nashville office of Kirkland and Ellis LLP. He regularly represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public companies, private credit funds, hedge funds, asset managers and other alternative capital providers on complex debt financing transactions. He advises on a wide array of complex leveraged financing transactions, including liability management matters, restructurings, direct lending transactions, rescue and bridge financings, DIP financings, exit financings and other bespoke financing transactions.

Patrick also regulary advises on transactions involving acquistion financing, asset-based lending (including reserve-based lending for oil and gas transactions) and cash flow based lending. Prior to joining Kirkland, Patrick played a critical role in designing, negotiating and executing the domestic and global markets’ most cutting edge and complex liability management, special situation and other debt financing transactions including: AccentCare, Ardagh Group, Astound, Audacy, City Brewing, CommScope, Confluence Technologies, Invited Clubs, Klockner Pentaplast, Quest Software, Rackspace Technologies, Radiologies Partners, Real Truck, Resolute Investment Managers, RSA, STG Logistics, The Lycra Company, Thrasio and Xplore, among many others.
